产品详细

When a relatively high content of aluminum (Al) is present in the furnace tubes, a dense aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) protective layer preferentially forms on the surface of the tube material. This protective layer exhibits a distinct barrier effect against nickel (Ni), iron (Fe) within the tube material, as well as crude oil. Consequently, it significantly decreases the coking rate. Furthermore, the formation of the Al₂O₃ layer mitigates the carburization effect of the tube material. This, in turn, enhances the corrosion resistance of the material, ultimately prolonging the service life of the furnace tubes.

In the realm of ethylene industrial production, the performance requisites for furnace tubes have been escalating. To further augment the anti - carburization capacity of furnace tubes, decelerate the coking tendency thereof, and prolong both the operation cycle of cracking furnaces and the service lifespan of furnace tubes, aluminum alloys furnace tubes have been gradually incorporated into the ethylene industry.

In the early 2000s, Yantai Refra Heat Resistant Alloys Co., Ltd. initiated an exploration into the prospective development trajectory of aluminum - added alloys in the field of ethylene cracking furnace tubes.

In 2013, the research and development of aluminum - alloyed materials commenced.

Currently, all conventional and high-temperature properties of the aluminum-added alloy have met R&D expectations, and its corrosion resistance and anti-carburization performance have been successfully validated.
