As the core heat transferring component in the gas-based direct reduction iron (DRI) process, DRI tubes must operate continuously within a H₂-CO reducing atmosphere at high temperatures ranging from 800°C to 1200°C.   

Yantai Refra Heat Resistant Alloys Co., Ltd is capable of manufacturing high-performance tubes and associated components in various grades, dimensions, and specifications tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Operating temperature range: 600-900℃(maximum up to 1100°C)

Material properties: High-temperature resistance (≥1000℃), high strength of extension corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, anti-sulfidation corrosion and carburization resistance.
