This approach ensures full traceability throughout the product lifecycle and allows us to consistently deliver products that meet the specified quality requirements. All inspection and testing activities are conducted in strict accordance with applicable national standards (GB), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards, and European (EN) standards to ensure regulatory compliance and technical consistency.
Process Control
Critical process nodes throughout the entire production stage shall undergo comprehensive inspections and testing, with complete documentation maintained.

Beyond the aforementioned inspection and testing equipment, we also enjoy robust backing from our group's parent company. We possess both the strength and competence to carry out all the inspection and testing items required by our clients.
The inspection and testing center of our group is outfitted with more than 100 sets of advanced inspection and testing apparatus. Among them, the DZ - 12/5500 model 12MeV electron linear accelerator holds a leading position in the industry, capable of achieving a maximum penetration thickness of 420 mm.
The physical laboratory and chemical laboratory affiliated with the inspection and testing center have been recognized as key laboratories in Shandong Province and have acquired CNAS accreditation.
