Certification of Quality Assurance System

The company has formulated a quality management system in compliance with regulations, guidelines and relevant standards such as ISO 9001, EN ISO 3834-2, PED 2014/68/EU and AD 2000 - Merkblatt W0. It has also acquired relevant qualifications, which are outlined as follows:

In 1998, the company achieved its inaugural certification under the ISO 9002 quality management system, marking a pivotal milestone in its commitment to operational excellence and international standards.

In 2002, the company was certified for the ISO9001:2000 quality management system. In 2010, witnessed by Lloyd's, the company passed the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification.

In 2018, the company was certified for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system under the witness of Lloyd's Register. The system has been operating stably since then.

In 2004, the company first obtained the GOST-R certification in compliance with the applicable safety standards for pressure equipment in Russia. This certification was subsequently transitioned to the CU-TR (Customs Union Technical Regulation) certificate and has been consistently maintained to now.

In 2014, the company was first certified under the GB/T45001-2020/ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and has continuously maintained its validity up to now.

In 2014, the company was first certified under the GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and has continuously maintained its validity up to now.

In 2016, under the authoritative witnessing of TUV-SUD, the company successfully passed the EN ISO 3834-2 quality assurance system certification for the first time. This system has been operating steadily ever since.

In 2016, witnessed by TUV-SUD, the company was first certified for the PED 97/23/EC and AD2000 HP0 welding quality assurance system. Later, it was updated to the PED 2014/68/EU and AD2000 HP welding quality assurance system, and has been effectively maintained up to now.

In 2016, witnessed by TUV-SUD, the company was first certified for the PED 97/23/EC and AD2000 W0 material quality system. Later, it was updated to the PED 2014/68/EU and AD2000 W0 welding quality assurance system, and has been effectively maintained until now.

In 2018, the company successfully obtained the manufacturing registration certificate for pressure vessel furnace tubes for the first time in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Korea Gas Safety Corporation (KGS), and has continuously maintained its validity up to now.

Personnel Certification

The engineers have been certified as International Welding Engineers in compliance with the regulations of the International Institute of Welding.

The inspector obtained the International Welding Inspector certificate in accordance with the relevant regulations of the American Welding Society.

The engineers have obtained the NAKS welding engineer certificate in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Russia.

The welders have obtained their qualifications in accordance with the requirements of standards such as TSGZ6001, ASME IX, EN ISO 14732, EN ISO 9606-1, EN ISO 9606-4, AD 2000 HP 3, and NAKS.

The MT inspectors certified in compliance with EN ISO 9712 and the applicable regulations issued by the National Quality Supervision Authority.

The PT inspectors have obtained qualifications of level II and level III in accordance with EN ISO 9712, SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189 and relevant requirements of the State Administration of Quality Supervision.

The RT inspectors have obtained qualifications of level II and level III in accordance with EN ISO 9712, SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189 and relevant requirements of the National Quality Supervision Bureau.

The ET inspectors have obtained Level II and Level III qualifications in accordance with EN ISO 9712, SNT-TC-1A, and ANSI/ASNT CP-189.

The DR inspectors are qualified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189.

The VT inspectors have obtained qualifications of level II and level III in accordance with standards such as EN ISO 9712, PCN, SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189.
