Specialist in high grade alloys for petrochemical applications

Centrifugal casting serves as the core production process for high - temperature alloy furnace tubes, which typically operate under extreme temperatures in critical sectors such as petrochemicals and energy. Therefore, the density and uniformity of the materials are of crucial significance.

Advantages of the Centrifugal Casting Process:

It significantly improves the material density and reduces casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage porosity.
Produces tubes with consistent wall thickness, minimizing subsequent machining and lowering overall costs.
Refines grain structure to develop a superior microstructure, which is essential for excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
Annual Capacity: 30,000 tons
Outside Diameter (OD): 50 - 1,200 mm
Wall Thickness: ≥ 5 mm
Length: 1,500 - 7,200 mm per section
At Yantai Refra Heat Resistant Alloys Co.,Ltd, persistent in-house R&D drives our continuous process improvements. We optimize a wide range of casting parameters and coating formulations to achieve a uniform and consistent granular surface texture (often referred to as "arbutus particle" structure) on our centrifugally cast tubes. This rigorous control is fundamental to delivering predictable and reliable product quality.
