Since its establishment in 1991, Yantai Refra Heat Resistant Alloys Co.,Ltd (previously known as Yantai Manoir Heat Resistant Alloys Co.,Ltd) has been consistently dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of heat-resistant alloy centrifugal casting tubes and static casting products. Our products are extensively used in key industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, steel, and architecture.

In 1995, the company entered into a joint venture with Manoir Industries, systematically integrating its proprietary technologies, advanced manufacturing processes, patented materials, and proven management systems. To ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards, the facility has been equipped with advanced furnace tube production lines and precision testing equipment. Currently, all welding and non-destructive testing personnel are certified under internationally recognized standards such as ASME and EN codes, thereby ensuring a high level of competence and providing a robust foundation for consistent product quality.

The company achieved its initial ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System Certification in 1998. This was followed by a series of successful upgrades and recertification, including ISO 9001:2000 in 2002, ISO 9001:2008 (certified by Lloyd's Register) in 2010, and the current ISO 9001:2015 (certified by Lloyd's Register) in 2018.

As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, we have further expanded our portfolio of international certifications. This includes the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems, along with the Korean KGS and Russian CU-TR marks for market access. Our specialized technical capabilities are validated by the ISO 3834-2 International Welding System certification, as well as the European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU and the AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 and HP0 standards.

Based on its established reputation in domestic and international markets and strong growth potential, Yantai Manoir Heat Resistant Alloys Co., Ltd. was acquired in January 2025 by Rongfa Nuclear Power, a state-controlled listed company (Stock Code: 002366). Seizing this opportunity, the company has newly acquired 183 mu (approximately 12.2 hectares) of industrial land and constructed 88,000 square meters of new factory buildings. A comprehensive upgrade of existing equipment, production lines, and processes is underway to establish a digitalized and smart factory. The new facility is expected to commence production in September 2026. Upon operation, the company will achieve an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-temperature, heat-resistant alloy furnace tubes, dedicated to building a global benchmark green factory that integrates intelligence, safety, environmental protection, and digitalization.
